Dalton Plattner had the best start of the year on the mound and pitched a complete game; Paul Labriola contributed to key offense early in the game, and solid defense all night from Trip McKinlay. Also on Friday, the JV baseball team beat Sarasota 5-4. Max Middleton scored the winning run with help from Enrique Santa Maria’s sacrifice bunt and Connor O’Sullivan sacrifice fly to end the game. The team completed the Riverview JV Classic in a tie for third out of eight teams. JV’s next game is at home vs ODA tomorrow at 4:30. Best of luck to our Mooney Baseball Teams!
